Museu Nacional de História Natural e da Ciência

JÁ proudly partnered – for the first time! – with Lisbon’s prestigious Museu de História Natural e da Ciência to bring audiences a vigorously dramatized and topical take on this classic play from 1944…

“L’enfer, c’est les autres”…

Welcome to “The Place”, old as imagination, unchanging, inviolate and spartan… Now meet the players assembled for the great game of chance and choice – a criminologist, a chemist and an activist.

It takes 3 to play!

In this venom-laced play – loosely inspired by the scenarios conjured up by Sartre’s NO EXIT and Goethe’s ELECTIVE AFFINITIES – 3 people with chequered pasts find themselves in an exitless room. Forced to confront their ghosts, they are sucked deeper and deeper into the dark spirals of an increasingly desperate version of truth or dare.

The winner gets damnation and the loser gets – well, there are no losers in an eternal game, are there?
