Nina is surprised when her fiancé Gerald pops the big question in a jazz bar, moments before he has to rush off on a trip abroad. Left to herself, she is still trying to collect her thoughts when she encounters an eerily familiar middle-aged dame, who just happens to have had a boyfriend of the same name, a long time ago…

AFTERMATH

Twenty years after a catastrophic war, humanity is limping back towards normalcy. At the newly-established Centre for Harmony and Reconciliation, a volunteer, M, waits for her opposite number from the former enemy nation in an attempt to begin a healing process.  But what about the wounds you didn’t know you had until you meet the one who inflicted them?
