LAGO & BLUES MAKETH THE ROAD – Romani stories

This evening of theatre consisted of a double bill celebrating stories about the eternally questing condition of the artist:

LAGO (The Rabbit Game)

A movement solo by Martina Kosta Diankova on the agony and ecstasy of an artist forever on the verge of her big break, forever walking the thin line between despair and hope.

BLUES MAKETH THE ROAD

An original play by Suresh Nampuri – written for the Written for the OUR STAGE ERASMUS+ project (see our Erasmus page) – on the frailties and impermanences that hound the lives of Rroma people who are perpetually unseen.
